Cleary Gottlieb Advises Mexico’s $5.6 Bln Offer
Cleary and Linklaters advise Telecom Argentina offer.

Cleary Gottlieb represented Mexico in a multi-tranche registered offering totaling €4.75 billion (US$5.55 billion); Cleary Gottlieb and Linklaters advised Telecom Argentina’s $600 million offer; Davis Polk advised Banco Santander Chile’s $500 million offer; A&O Shearman advised Interbank’s $500 million offer as well as recent offers from Chile and Argentina and Linklaters advised Pan American Energy’s $375 million offer.
