Cleary Gottlieb Advises GAP’s $2.2 Bln CBX Integration

Arnold & Porter advises Paramount sale of Telefe in Argentina.

Cleary Gottlieb is advising Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP) on its proposed $2.2 billion business plan, including integrating Cross Border Xpress (CBX), the landside terminal in San Diego connected to Tijuana International Airport via a pedestrian bridge; Arnold & Porter advised US-based media and entertainment company Paramount Skydance Corporation in its sale of Argentine broadcaster Telefe; Simpson Thacher is representing Grant Thornton Advisors in connection with its pending acquisition of Grant Thornton Brazil and Linklaters advised Nestrade (a subsidiary of Switzerland-based food and drink processing conglomerate Nestlé) on a large-scale reforestation and carbon sequestration project in Brazil.
