Cleary Gottlieb represented The Clorox Company (Clorox) in the sale of certain wholly owned subsidiaries, with operations in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay (collectively, Clorox Argentina), to an investment group led by Apex Capital; Baker McKenzie represented real estate company LatAm Logistic Properties (LLP) in closing its business combination with two (TWOA), a special purpose acquisition company and Clifford Chance has advised Colombian oil producer SierraCol Energy Limited, and certain of its affiliates, in connection with a loan provided by Bancolombia (Panamá) S.A. to finance the acquisition of certain assets in Colombia.
