Cleary Gottlieb Advises Argentina, Chile Offers

Arnold & Porter, A&O Shearman, White & Case advise Honduras, Trinidad, Mexico offers.

Cleary Gottlieb represented the Argentine Province of Neuquén in its international debt offering of $500 million and Chilean state bank Banco del Estado de Chile (BancoEstado) in two offerings in Swiss francs and Japanese yen totaling $214 million; Arnold & Porter advised the Republic of Honduras on its $815.7 million offer; A&O Shearman represented the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago on its $800 million offer; White & Case advised Mexican government agricultural trust fund FEFA on 8 billion pesos (US$458 million) bond and A&O Shearman advised Argentine energy company Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia’s $40 million offer.
