Cleary Gottlieb Advises $9.5 Bln LatAm Offers

A&O Shearman, Linklaters, Simpson Thacher advise Lima, Vista Argentina, America Movil, LATAM offers.

Cleary Gottlieb advised on six Latin American offers of $9.5 billion, including the $6.8 billion offer from Mexico as well as a $1 billion offer from Mexican cement producer Cemex, a $500 million offer from Mexican telecom company América Móvil, a $500 million offer from Vista Energy Argentina, the $365 million share sale by Brazilian-Chilean LATAM Airlines Group and the 358.1 million bond offer from the Municipality of Lima.

Meanwhile, Simpson Thacher also advised the América Móvil offer and LATAM share sale, while Linklaters advised Vista Argentina offer and A&O Shearman advised the Lima offer.
