Cleary Gottlieb Advises $9.3 Bln South America Offers
Holland & Knight, DLA Piper advise Chile, Argentina offers.

Cleary Gottlieb advised the Republic of Colombia’s SEC-registered offering of $4.95 billion (the largest ever sovereign issue by Colombia) and the Republic of Chile’s €3 billion (US$3.5 billion) offer and $850 million offer; Holland & Knight advised the $170.6 million cash tender offers conducted by Chilean state oil company ENAP and DLA Piper advised Argentina’s Province of Santa Fe’s $800 million international note offering.
