Cleary Gottlieb represented the United Mexican States (Mexico) in a registered offering totaling $6.3 billion; Cleary Gottlieb and White & Case advised the $1.35 billion AT1 capital notes offering by Mexican bank Banorte; Davis Polk advised Southern Copper Corporation’s $1.25 billion offer; Cleary Gottlieb advised Argentine oil company Pluspetrol’s $450 million offering; Clifford Chance advised on Argentine electricity distribution company Edemsa’s 300 million offer and $125 exchange offer; Simpson Thacher advised Fibra EXI’s 4.3 billion pesos (approximately US$247.44 million) follow-on; A&O Shearman advised Peruvian mining company Volcan’s $220 million offer and Clifford Chance advised Mobiliare Real Estate Solutions’ $100 million bond.
