Cleary Gottlieb Advises $6.7 Bln LatAm Offers
Davis Polk, Milbank advise Brazil and Peru offers.

Cleary Gottlieb advised five Latin American offers totaling $6.7 billion, including $3 billion offers from the Dominican Republic, Chile’s $1.7 billion offer, Brazilian miner Vale’s $1 billion offer, Colombian bank Bancolombia’s $800 million offer and Chilean shopping mall company Plaza’s $193 million offer.
Meanwhile, Davis Polk advised Peru’s $4.1 billion offer and Brazilian investment bank XP’s $500 million offer and Milbank advised Brazil’s largest privately-owned water and sewage service provider Aegea’s $500 million offer.
