Cleary Gottlieb Advises $3.4 Bln LatAm offers
Firm advises sovereign offers from Uruguay and the Dominican Republic.

Cleary Gottlieb represented the Republic of Uruguay in two offers totaling $1.8 billion and the Dominican Republic in its $1.6 billion offer and Milbank advised a $700 million oil-export secured credit facility for Argentine state oil company YPF.
