Cleary Gottlieb Advises $3.3 Bln Brazil Offers
Firm advises Petrobras, Suzano and LATAM offers.

Cleary Gottlieb advised Brazilian state oil company Petrobras on its $2 billion offer and Brazilian paper and pulp producer Suzano’s $1 billion offer. It also – along with Simpson Thacher — advised the $333 million offer by a shareholder of Chilean-Brazilian LATAM Airlines.
