Cleary Gottlieb represented Argentine state oil company YPF in a $1.2 billion offering — the largest corporate bond offering by an Argentine issuer in over a decade; Cleary Gottlieb and Davis Polk advised Latin America online retailer MercadoLibre’s $1 billion offering; A&O Shearman and Linklaters advised on the $450 million bond reopening from Argentine oil company Tecpetrol and Davis Polk advised on Chilean steel company CAP’s cash tender offer.
