Cleary Gottlieb Advises $13.9 Bln Mexico Offers

Hogan Lovells advised Guatemalan Banco Industrial’s $1 billion offer.

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Mexico in two multi-tranche registered offerings totaling $13.9 billion; Hogan Lovells advised Guatemala-based Banco Industrial on its three-Series $996 million offering from its diversified payment rights (DPR) securitization program; Holland & Knight represented Panama-based, Latin American export finance bank Bladex on a $200 million offer; Clifford Chance advised TRECSA’s $110 million issue; White & Case advised FIBRA-E CFE’s $725 million offer and Simpson Thacher advised Chilean energy company Colbún’s $500 million offer.
