Cleary Gottlieb Advises $1 Bln CSN Transaction
Clifford Chance, Davis Polk, DLA Piper, White & Case advise LatAm offers.

Cleary Gottlieb advised $1 billion exchange offer from Brazilian steel company CSN; Davis Polk and White & Case advised the $350 million offer from Brazilian telecommunications services company Giga Mais Fibra (Alloha Fibra); DLA Piper advised Argentine electricity company Edenor’s $200 million offer and the Argentine Province of Chubut’s 51.5 billion pesos (US$34 million) offer and Clifford Chance advised Argentine clean power company MSU Green Energy’s $130 million offer.
