Cleary Gottlieb Advises $1.3 Bln Argentina Offers
Firm advised Telecom Argentina, Pluspetrol offers.

Cleary Gottlieb advised the $800 million offer from Telecom Argentina and the $450 million offer from Argentine oil company Pluspetrol; White & Case advised the $300 million offer from EZCORP and Hogan Lovells advised the $700 million offer from Brazilian state bank Caixa Econômica Federal.
