Cleary Gottlieb Advises $1.1 Bln Orbia Offer

Davis Polk, Latham & Watkins, Simpson Thacher, White & Case advise LatAm offers.

Cleary Gottlieb advised the $1.1 billion offer from Mexican petrochemical firm Orbia and the $500 million offer from Mexico-based bottler Coca-Cola FEMSA; Davis Polk advised $750 million offer from Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP); Simpson Thacher advised $500 million offer from Chilean forestry company Arauco; Latham & Watkins advised the $143 million Holdco debt private placement   by Mexican energy and infrastructure investment trust Fibra EXI (the first international debt private placement by a Fibra-E in Mexico) and White & Case advised a $316 offer from Orbia and a $125 million offer from vehicle financing and leasing company TRATON Financial Services Mexico.
