Firm also advises offer from Brazilian truck leasing company Vamos.

Cleary Gottlieb represented Chilean state copper company Codelco in two offers totaling $1.4 billion; Mexico-based, Latin American telecom company América Móvil’s €650 million (approximately $760 million) offer and the initial purchasers in an $300 million offer from Brazilian heavy vehicle leasing company Vamos.
