Norton Rose Fulbright, PAG Law promote Mexico, Brazil lawyers.

Months away from the merger of Allen & Overy and Shearman & Sterling, two key lawyers at their Sao Paulo, Brazil offices have left to join rival firms.

Longtime Allen & Overy partner has joined DLA Piper in its cross-border Project Finance Practice, while Shearman & Sterling counsel has joined Hogan Lovells as a capital markets partner in the firm’s Corporate & Finance Practice group in the São Paulo office.

Meanwhile, PAG Law counsel has been promoted to Partner and Norton Rose Fulbright Mexico City senior associate and associate have been promoted to counsel.
