Baker McKenzie and Simpson Thacher advised on the $500 million offering of Real Estate Trust Certificates by Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra MTY; Cleary Gottlieb is representing Germany-based Fresenius Medical Care in the $300 million sale of its Brazil, Ecuador, Chile, and Colombia dialysis clinics to US-based kidney care group DaVita Inc; Simpson Thacher represented advised Banco BBVA Peru’s $300 million offer; Australian law firm Ashurst advised Australia-based Lithium Power International Limited on its sale to a subsidiary of Chilean state copper company Codelco and Nelson Mullins advised Brazilian automated self-service technology company VMTecnologia in its sale to US-based commerce enablement, payments, and loyalty platform Nayax for $22 million.
