Baker McKenzie, Simpson Advise Fibra MTY Offer
Davis Polk advised $86 million follow-on by Brazil’s Pague Menos.

Baker McKenzie and Simpson Thacher advised the $500 million international equity offering of Real Estate Trust Certificates from Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra MTY; Davis Polk advised Pague Menos, the second-largest drugstore chain in Brazil by number of stores, in connection with its follow-on offering that raised $86.8 million.
