Latham & Watkins advises Juan Valdez distribution deal in the US.

Baker McKenzie represented Mexican pharmaceutical company Genomma Lab in connection with the divestment of its stake in Mexican pharmaceutical company Marzam;  Baker McKenzie and DLA Piper advised on German chemicals and ingredients distributor Brenntag’s acquisition of Mexican chemicals distributor Quimica Delta; Simpson Thacher is advising Blackstone Real Estate and MRP Group on its offer to buy Mexican real estate investment trust Terrafina and Latham & Watkins advised US-based Green Coffee Company (GCC) on its agreement with Colombia-based Juan Valdez for the exclusive third-party rights to sell Juan Valdez-branded coffee in supermarkets and institutional retailers across the U.S. and Canada.
