A&O Shearman, Davis Polk advise Bahamas, Natura debt work.

Baker McKenzie and Davis Polk advised the $800 million offer from Mexican tortillas and corn flour producer Gruma; Davis Polk is advising Brazilian cosmetics firm Natura &Co with the US chapter 11 proceedings of its non-operational subsidiary Avon Products and A&O Shearman represented The Nature Conservancy (TNC) in an innovative $124 million debt conversion program.
