Simpson Thacher represented Argentine real estate IRSA in its $171 million exchange offer and $242 million offer; Cleary Gottlieb and Davis Polk advised on Chilean retailer Falabella’s offer to purchase any and all of its outstanding $210 million, 3.750% senior notes due 2027; Baker McKenzie represented IDC Overseas’ exchange offer and Arnold & Porter advised Brazil’s $2.5 billion offer.
