Arnold & Porter Advises $3.3 Bln Panama Financings
Holland & Knight advises $550 million IDB loan to Argentina.

Arnold & Porter advised the Republic of Panama on two separate sovereign financing transactions totaling €2.9 billion (US$3.3 billion); Holland & Knight advised the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) as guarantor in connection with a $550 million partial credit guarantee to the Republic of Argentina.
