Arnold & Porter Advises $2 Bln Brazil Deal
Davis Polk, Hunton, Simpson, Skadden advise LatAm offers, deals.

Arnold & Porter is advising businessman Jose Seripieri Filho on his $2 billion acquisition of Amil from United Health; Davis Polk advised BCP’s $500 million offer; Skadden represented Bimbo Bakeries USA on its two offers totaling $1.2 billion; Simpson Thacher advised on BBVA México’s $900 million offer and Hunton Andrew Kurth advised the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) and the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest) in their $23 million in preferred equity of micro-mobility platform Tembici.
