Arbitration: Arnold & Porter, Baker Botts Secure Peru Victories
Cohen Milstein secures victory against Chiquita in Colombia case.

Baker Botts secured victory for the Republic of Peru in a $1 billion ICSID case brought by US-based miner Freeport McMoRan; Arnold & Porter secured victory for Peru in an $154 million ICSID case brought by US-based Kaloti Metals & Logistics (a unit of Dubai-based Kaloti Group) and Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll secured a victory in a human rights case against Chiquita Brands International.
