A&O Shearman and DLA Piper advised the $650 million offer from the Argentine Province of Chubut, marking the province’s first return to international capital markets since 2016; DLA Piper also advised $541 million in offers from the Argentine Provinces of Buenos Aires and Mendoza; Davis Polk advised Argentine energy company Pampa Energía’s $500 million offer; Cleary Gottlieb advised Brazilian car rental company Movida’s $350 million offer; Davis Polk and Simpson Thacher advised Mexican real estate company Vesta’s $242.5 million follow-on offering and Milbank advised Esentia Energy Development’s $2 billion offer and Argentine energy company CGC’s $200 million offer.
