White & Case advises Aeromexico IPO in the United States.

A&O Shearman and Linklaters advised on the $750 million offer from Argentine oil company Tecpetrol; Cleary Gottlieb represented Argentine state oil company YPF’s $500 million reopening of its 8.75% senior notes due 2031 and White & Case advised Aeroméxico on its $275 million initial public offering in the United States.
