A&O Shearman, Cleary Gottlieb Advise $2.1 Bln Chile Offers

Holland & Knight, Simpson Thacher, Kramer Levin advise LatAm offers.

A&O Shearman and Cleary Gottlieb advised the $2.1 billion offers from Chile; A&O Shearman represented Chilean state oil company ENAP’s $600 million offer; Simpson Thacher advised the $300 million from Chile’s Caja Los Andes; Cleary Gottlieb advised Chilean retailer Falabella’s $100 million offer; Holland & Knight advised IDB Invest’s investment in a sustainable bond subscription valued at 120 billion Colombian pesos (approximately US$30 million) for Banco Finandina BIC and Kramer Levin represented certain shareholders of Chilean-Brazilian LATAM Airlines Group in the approximately $460 million public offer.
