A&O Shearman represented Colombian state oil company Ecopetrol’s $1.75 billion offer; Cleary Gottlieb and Simpson Thacher advised Chilean-Brazilian airline LATAM’s $1.4 billion offer; A&O Shearman advised the $1 billion debt-swap deal for El Salvador; Simpson Thacher advised Brazilian petrochemical company Braskem’s $850 million offer and Brazilian cellulose company LDC’s $650 million offer; Cleary Gottlieb represented Brazilian power generation company Eneva’s $562 million follow-on; Simpson Thacher and Skadden advised Brazilian investment bank BTG Pactual’s $500 million offer and A&O Shearman advised Argentine electricity company YPF Luz’s $420 million offer and the $333 million offer from the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima.
