Cleary Gottlieb represented Mexican state-owned electric company CFE on a $850 million offer; Clifford Chance advised the joint bookrunners and agent on the $1.2 billion offer by Chilean electricity transmission company ISA Interchile and Simpson Thacher advised the placement agents on the $765 million follow-on by Brazilian retailer Magazine Luiza.
