Davis Polk, Simpson Thacher Advise dLocal IPO

Skadden represented Brazilian hospital company Rede D'Or São Luiz S.A. in its 4.9 billion reais (approximately US$1.0 billion) follow-on offering; Davis Polk and Simpson Thacher advised Uruguayan payments processor dLocal on its $710 million initial public offer (the third-largest IPO out of Latin America so far this year, according to Latinvex data); 
Cleary Gottlieb represented Mexican petrochemical company Orbia on its $325 million tender offer; Paul Hastings represented Mexican homebuilder Javer on a $165 million credit and Allen & Overy advised IDB and DNB on a solar plant project finance in Brazil.
