Latham & Watkins, Shearman & Sterling and Skadden advised on the $2.2 billion global initial public offering (IPO) of Brazilian hospital company Rede D'Or São Luiz -- the largest IPO in Brazil since 2013; Milbank advised the $300 million offer from Paraguay-based Banco Continental; Shearman & Sterling represented Mexican low-cost airline Volaris on its $173 million follow-on; Paul Hastings represented Mexico-based Bitso, the largest cryptocurrency platform in Latin America, in connection with a $62 million equity financing and Davis Polk advised XP on its $1.2 billion offer.
