Cleary Gottlieb advised the $1 billion offer from Mexican cement giant Cemex; a $875 million euro-denominated bond from Mexico; Brazilian state oil giant Petrobras on 19 series of notes denominated in US dollars, Euro and Pounds Sterling; Brazilian pulp giant Suzano’s $750 million offer and Argentina-based gas and oil company Compañía General de Combustibles (CGC) on its exchange offer; Clifford Chance and Holland & Knight advised on Panama-based, Latin America foreign trade bank Bladex’s $400 million offer; Skadden advised the underwriters of the $155 million IPO of Brazilian real estate company Cury and White & Case advised the dealers on BBVA Mexico's $500 million offer.
