Skadden advises on $750 million offers from Argentina and Chile firms.

Cleary Gottlieb represented Mexico-based América Móvil on its $1 billion offer and Panama-based airline Copa on its $350 million offer; Skadden represented Empresa de Transporte de Pasajeros Metro (the Chilean state company that operates the subway system in Santiago) on its $500 million offer and Cleary and Skadden advised on the $250 million offer from Argentina-based MSU Energy and Shearman & Sterling advised on the $750 million offer from the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI).
