White & Case advises deal between Japan’s Takeda, Brazil’s Hypera.  


Cleary Gottlieb advised the $900 million international offer from Mexican state electricity company CFE; Mexican conglomerate FEMSA on its $900 million acquisition of US-based cleaning companies North American Corporation and WAXIE Sanitary Supply; White & Case advised Japan-based biopharmaceutical  company Takeda on its $826 million sale of a portfolio of Latin America business to Brazil-based Hypera Pharma and DLA Piper advised Chile-based Giddings Fruit as the borrower in a $90 million note purchase and guarantee agreement.
