Cleary Gottlieb advised on the $1.9 billion sale of Petrobras shares by Caixa Econômica Federal; Paul Hastings represented the joint book-runners and passive joint book-runners in connection with a $1.0 billion senior notes offering by Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra Uno; Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters on Mexico-based América Móvil $1.12 billion euro-denominated offer and Skadden represented Banco BTG Pactual S.A. in a US$570 million secondary follow-on offering.
