In Central America Costa Rica and Guatemala lead the way.

Chile and Uruguay have Latin America’s highest penetration rates of PCs in use, according to data from Computer Industry Almanac. However, in terms of overall users, Brazil continues to be the undisputed leader.
In Central America, Costa Rica leads the way in PC penetration, while Guatemala leads in number of users.
