Davis Polk and Shearman & Sterling advised on the $1.1 billion NYSE follow on offer by Brazilian payment company PagSeguro; Cleary Gottlieb represented Brazilian state oil producer Petrobras in private offers to purchase for cash eleven series of notes issued by Petrobras’s wholly-owned Dutch finance subsidiary Petrobras Global Finance B.V. for a combined total of $4 billion; Holland & Knight represented Fibra Educa in its $500 million debut on the Mexican Stock Exchange and Skadden represented a syndicate of underwriters led by Citigroup Global Markets, Deutsche Bank Securities and UBS Securities on a $313 million secondary offering of American depositary shares by Brazilian airline Azul.
