Latham & Watkins advised Mexico-based IEnova on its $840 million dual-tranche offer; Skadden represented Brazil-based Banco BTG Pactual on its $500 million offer; Cleary Gottlieb is representing the initial purchasers on the $300 million by Mexico-based Alpha Holding and Kennedys integrates its partner firm in Argentina.
