Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy represented the international lenders in the project financing of two projects in Chile developed by UK-based Actis and Ireland-based Mainstream Renewable Power, while Shearman & Sterling advised the borrowers and sponsors for the development, construction and operation of two solar photovoltaic projects in Mexico.
