Meanwhile, Davis Polk and Shearman & Sterling advised on Qatar Holding‘s sale of a stake in Banco Santander (Brasil); Shearman & Sterling represented SURA Asset Management in connection with a private offering and DLA Piper represented Putney Capital Management in its acquisition of a stake in Colombian steel mill Diaco.
