Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Shearman & Sterling advise on Azul’s initial public offer, while Cleary Gottlieb represented the underwriters in the Netshoes IPO.
Meanwhile, Davis Polk and Shearman & Sterling advised on Qatar Holding‘s sale of a stake in Banco Santander (Brasil); Shearman & Sterling represented SURA Asset Management in connection with a private offering and DLA Piper represented Putney Capital Management in its acquisition of a stake in Colombian steel mill Diaco.
