Hogan Lovells advised The Central America Bottling Corporation (CBC) on its $500 million offer and the placement agent and a group of accredited investors based in the United States in establishing a new DPR originated by Banco Davivienda (Costa Rica).
Meanwhile, Chadbourne & Parke advised Southern Cross Group on its acquisitions of Petrobras Chile and Getronics LATAM.
