Latin America overall sees declines in wireless subscriptions.

Peru and Cuba are the fastest-growing wireless markets in Latin America, according to a Latinvex analysis of data from the International Telecommunications Union (ITU). Meanwhile, Panama – the country with the highest penetration in Latin America – saw the second-highest percentage growth.
