Latham & Watkins advises IEnova on acquisition of Mexico’s top wind farm.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Mexico-based Infraestructura Energética Nova, S.A.B. de C.V. (IEnova) – a unit of US-based Sempra Energy -- on its $852 million acquisition of the Ventika I and Ventika II wind generation facilities, which are majority-owned by Fisterra Energy, a company owned by funds managed by Blackstone, along with certain minority shareholders.
