& Spalding lead the way in pending and concluded Latin America cases at The
World Bank’s International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID),
according to a Latinvex analysis.
Freshfields leads in pending cases, while King & Spalding leads in
concluded cases.
Other leaders include Arnold & Porter; Curtis; Foley Hoag; Sidley Austin and White & Case.
Meanwhile, Venezuela leads the way in pending cases, while Argentina leads the way in concluded cases, both in Latin America and globally.
