Latin America Internet: Colombia, Dominican Republic Lead Growth

Uruguay and Costa Rica move up in the ranking of Internet penetration.


Colombia and the Dominican Republic posted the highest increase in Internet users in Latin America last year, according to a Latinvex analysis of data from Computer Industry Almanac.

Meanwhile, Uruguay replaced Argentina as the country with the second-highest Internet penetration, while Costa Rica jumped from sixth to third place.
