Colombia and the Dominican Republic posted the highest increase in Internet users in Latin America last year, according to a Latinvex analysis of data from Computer Industry Almanac.
Meanwhile, Uruguay replaced Argentina as the country with the second-highest Internet penetration, while Costa Rica jumped from sixth to third place.
