Weatherford among worst revenue performers, but leads in profit growth.

Canada-based Pacific Rubiales, which mainly operates in Colombia, continues to outperform its peers in revenue growth, although US-based oil services company Weatherford led the way in profit growth, according to the latest Latin Energy Index from Latinvex. The index measures the quarterly revenue performance of ten leading energy companies that operate in Latin America.
Meanwhile, US-based electricity company AES posted the worst performance in revenue growth in the third quarter, while Mexican state oil giant Pemex was among the losers in profit performance.
