Paul Hastings and Skadded advised on the $194 million sale of Panama and Costa Rica assets of Colombia-based electricity company Celsia to Fontus Spain, an affiliate of EnfraGen;  
Cleary Gottlieb and Latham & Watkins advised on the closing of the $302 million sale of the Mexican business activities and related exports to certain regional markets of Belgium-based international supplier of personal care products Onex Group NV to Chile-based Softys (a wholly owned subsidiary of Chile-based Empresas CMPC).
