Paul Hastings advised Vía 40 Express, VINCI Highways, and Constructora Conconcreto in one of Colombia's largest financial transactions in the infrastructure sector, the long-term financing of Vía 40 Express for $578 million and Flo Networks, a leading provider of digital infrastructure solutions, in its acquisition of American Tower's Mexico Fiber business, ATC Holding Fibra México; Cleary Gottlieb represented Andean Telecom Partners (ATP) in a $60 million credit agreement and Brazilian miner Vale in the sale of its 40% stake in Mineracão Rio do Norte (MRN) to Norway-based Norsk Hydro and Simpson Thacher is advising Chilean energy company Copec on its sale of US-based MAPCO Express to US-based Circle K Stores.
