Latham & Watkins, Sidley advise Emergent Cold Latin America- Qualianz deal.

Simpson Thacher represented Brazilian petrochemical company Braskem and Braskem Netherlands Finance in connection with its $1 billion offer and the Dominican Republic in two offers that raised a combined $1.8 billion; Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers on the $1.25 billion offer from the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) and Latham & Watkins and Sidley advised on Emergent Cold Latin America’s acquisition of Mexico-based storage and logistics platform Qualianz.
